SY Green Social Prescribing Fund

A new grants programme will launch on Monday 4th October. The grants are available for voluntary and community organisations who can support people to engage in nature based interventions and activities, and connect with local social prescribing services.

This is part of a substantial Green Social Prescribing Programme aiming to tackle and prevent mental ill health, for which South Yorkshire and Bassetlaw is one of seven national test and learn sites.

The launch webinar will explain more about the Green Social Prescribing Programme, the priorities identified by communities for the grants programme, and the support that will be available for voluntary and community groups.

Documents and guidance will be available from Monday 4th October.
