New Contract Wins – Public Sector Tender Writing Workshops

June 25, 2018

FCS are delighted to announce that we have won three new contracts to develop and deliver free public sector tender writing workshops.

Public Sector Tendering Masterclasses on behalf of Sheffield City Region
These free classes have been running since April 2018 with the final three being delivered during July 2018 in Doncaster, Bolsover and Barnsley out of a total of seven on behalf of the Sheffield City Region. Two levels of masterclass are available; an Introduction workshop for those who haven’t tendered before and an Advanced workshop for attendees with prior tendering experience.

At the workshops participants learn how to navigate the tender portals, increase their understanding of what makes a winning bid and the process of procurement and how to construct a good response to a tender question.

The classes are delivered in an informal setting to small groups encouraging attendees to ask questions and to share their experiences. All workshops are free to participate and are specifically targeted at SME’s within the Sheffield City Region.

Public Sector Tendering Masterclasses on behalf of D2N2
FCS have been appointed to deliver two Introduction to Public Sector Tendering workshops on behalf of the D2N2 Growth Hub. These free workshops will take place during October 2018 in Belper and Rushcliffe and will be focussed on helping SME’s understand the bidding process.

As part of this contract FCS is also able to provide one to one tender support to help businesses work through a tender opportunity and answer any queries they have.

Bespoke Workshop on Bidding for HS2 Tender Opportunities on behalf of D2N2
This new bespoke workshop is to be developed and delivered in partnership with HS2 to support SMEs to bid for upcoming HS2 tender opportunities.

If you would like to attend the free HS2 or D2N2 workshops please get in touch with here at FCS to register your interest.

All workshop information and registration links will be available on our Events web page once dates have been confirmed.
